How do I book? |
- Book early!
All trips fill quickly. A $300 deposit with
booking form will secure your
space. To
deposit by credit card now click here.
- Most trips
include offer group air from a gateway city.
There have been significant increases in airline
taxes, security fees and fuel surcharges. Land
only prices are available for all trips. Feel
free to secure your own air.
- There is no
single supplement if you are willing to share.
We work hard matching you with a compatible roommate
allowing you to save money. Minimal time is
spent in your room on an AFS trip.

The trip you want is
WAITLISTED.
Is waitlisting worth it? |
- Yes, sometimes
people sign up early then never deposit. Other
times we'll add a second group departing on a different
date in the same month These are not always
immediately posted so we can cater to as many on the
waitlist as possible. Notification will be by
mail and or email.
- Early in the year
(prior to January/February) posted trips are a
"soft" waitlist. This means people have taken
a spot but have not committed with their deposit.
Once all deposits are received then it becomes a
true waitlist. So please do waitlist.
The odds are probably in your favor.
- Secondly, life
happens and regrettably people cancel. Where do we
find replacements? First the waitlist, then our e-newsletter subscribers.

How often are trips repeated? |
- We repeat some trips but not on
an annual basis. Some trips may be repeated
every 2 to 6 years. So if you find a trip that
fits your needs and it excites you now, it would be
wise to book it rather than wait.

What about 2009?
Planning and designing a
group package is not as simple as logging on to cheaperosity.com to book
a room for two. It takes a great deal of time and planning. First
we must narrow down destination choices according to client interests.
Then we shop long and hard with dozens of worldwide quality suppliers to
obtain the best itinerary at the lowest price. These savings are
then passed on to you. We also must confirm the dollar exchange
rate against foreign currencies and negotiate with various airline group
departments. Our aim is to be accurate and never raise our quoted
price.
We hope to have next year's schedule announced in
late October.
Adventures For Singles newsletter subscribers will be notified first, followed by our annual
mailing (snail) in December.
Experience taught us never to discuss destinations before they are
finalized. We pledge there will be a variety of destinations
choices that will suit all tastes. Thank you for your patience. |
