Visa & Passport
Information
Visa rules can be pretty tricky. What's
more, they can change. Use this tool to find out which travel documents
you'll need to enter the countries you're visiting, or to get back into the
country where you started.
Advisory: As of
January 23, 2007 passports are required for travel between the
United States and Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean (except for travel
to or from U.S. territories by U.S. citizens), and Bermuda.
As of
October 1, 2007, exceptions are no longer being made
only for those passengers who can provide proof of passport
application. Please make sure that you have your passport with you
when you arrive at the airport for your travel between the areas
mentioned above. For details, see the U.S. Department of
State's
Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative information.
Check the travel documents you will need to
re-enter the U.S. below. For example, if you are traveling from the U.S. to
Canada, select "United States" in the Destination country box.
