Portugal, Spain, Costa del Sol, Morocco

Nov 2 – 10, 2018

A grand adventure is about to begin to fabulous harbors in Europe’s Southern rivieras.   Dazzle your senses with Spanish treasure-golden Costa del Sol beaches, the magnificent Moorish architecture of the Alhambra, Roman ruins of Cartegena, and so much more.   This cruise vacation sensation packs a wallop of fun and diversity along the way to 8 indescribable ports of call!

Imagine sipping mint tea in Tangiers fabulous medina or nestling up to other yachts in stunning Malaga.   How about Ibiza for 80 shimmering beaches and the world-renowned nightlife?   You’ll see a dozen in the World Heritage Sites oozing historic wonders. The  Alhambra Gardens in Granada will leave you speechless.   Everyone loves Lisbon, but there are hidden ports of call in between that few have yet to discover.   Like my favorite of all, Mijas, a whitewashed town dramatically perched on a cliffside.   See many Gothic cathedrals and shop for the finest crafts in Morocco’s fun Kasbah.

Windstar sets the standard for 5-star service, gourmet dining under the stars and exclusive amenities for guests that no other cruiseline offers. You will feel so pampered on our sleek 4 mast yacht, the Wind Spirit.  Just 148 guests and AFS will fill a third, so you’ll make many new friends.

This sailing is for our AFS Water Babies who love cruising but are tired of the megaships. Some things only come around once. This is it, so don’t miss the boat! Come dreary November, nothing can feel more blissful than the sunshine in Costa del Sol’s rivieras.

Ibiza, Spain

Ibiza (translated “Party until you drop”) boasts more than 100 miles of coastline with over 50 beaches, and a myriad of restaurants.  It has also become famous for the electronic music that originated there.
